Comprehensive pre-outage planning plays a key role in our outage management process to ensure that the actual execution runs smoothly. Our project managers define the parameters of every project, carefully reviewing the history of the work site, to develop critical path assignments and project milestones.
In fact, each aspect of the execution phase is recorded and analyzed to gather information for our comprehensive post-outage review. Our "lessons learned" debriefing is shared with our customers to identify and reinforce successful implementation and prioritize areas for future development.
